Paul Zuch began his career in construction in 1983. With a strong work ethic and a passion for design and construction, he learned quickly from seasoned carpenters and design professionals. He advanced rapidly in his early years as a remodeling contractor working with a custom homebuilder.
In 1987 Paul joined a remodeling company in Dallas as project superintendent. Over his 12-year tenure, he worked his way up to Vice President of the $2.5 million company responsible for sales and production of residential remodeling. He also became active in The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) where he earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) designation. He then earned his Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
In 1999, with an eye for design and a keen sense of customer service, Paul founded Capital Improvements, which has emerged as one of the top remodeling companies in the Dallas Metroplex. He has produced multiple award winning projects, receiving numerous awards and sought-after industry recognition.
Paul has a passion for his work and the remodeling industry as a whole as evidenced by his service to NARI. He is past president of the Dallas chapter and is currently NARI National Vice President. He attends national board of director meetings and has served on many national committees in recent years.
